Cloudflare Hit with Piracy Lawsuit after Abuse Form ‘Fails’

Christopher Boffoli filed a case against the well known Cloudflare, for accusing the CDN provider of contributory copyright infringement.

Cloudflare, which has its fair share of piracy allegations in the recent years.

In the Christopher Boffoli point of view, when comparing the Cloudflare, Inc. with other companies, Cloudflare is accused of contributing to copyright infringements.

Adding to it, Christopher Boffoli again filed the new cases against Imgur, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, etc… which have been dismissed or settled out of court under the undisclosed terms.

After the case was filed against CloudFlare, Inc. It has been failed to disable the access to/or remove the Infringing Websites.

Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS services to 6 million websites. They are adding 20,000 new customers every day.

If the case moving forward, then the Cloudflare, Inc. must continue its arguments for their favourable conditions. But the Christopher Buffoli doesn’t try again to continue his argument against the Cloudflare, Inc. Company.

Finally, If the court does not take any action against the Cloudflare, Inc. company. Christopher Buffoli has planned to appeal to the other courts against the Cloudflare, Inc. Company. Because it is more than enough for wasting the time on the court. I am not get compromised with that company at anyway and I will seek the statutory damages for a contributory infringement at that time.
